Terms of Use
Version: September 11, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Joshua Champion, the operator of Champion Tracker. Questions: [email protected].
1. Who may use Champion Tracker
Accounts are for adults age 18 or older who have been invited or approved to use the service. You must provide accurate account information and have permission to manage the team information you enter. Children should not create accounts.
2. Your permission to use the service
While your account remains approved and you follow these terms, you receive a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to use Champion Tracker to manage your team’s participation and game records. Free access does not transfer ownership of the software, brand, or other materials.
3. Ownership and permitted use
Joshua Champion and the applicable licensors retain their rights in the software, brand, written content, and other protected materials. You may not copy or redistribute protected software or content, remove ownership notices, resell or sublicense access, or use the Champion Tracker name or logo to suggest an affiliation without permission. These restrictions do not prevent you from exporting and using your own team records.
You may not attempt unauthorized access, bypass account controls, extract another coach’s information, or disrupt the service. To the extent permitted by law, you may not reverse engineer or use automated tools to extract the service’s protected code or content for redistribution. These terms do not restrict rights that applicable law or a third-party license makes nonwaivable, and do not claim exclusive ownership of general ideas or functionality.
4. Your account and security
Keep your password and invitation or recovery links private. Use your own account and contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, a security concern, or a material breach of these terms.
5. Team information and privacy
You retain the rights you have in the information you provide. You authorize us to store, process, display, and back up that information as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. Enter only information you are authorized to share. Prefer first names, nicknames, or jersey numbers for players; do not enter medical information, home addresses, birth dates, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Other coaches do not receive access to your private workspace through their own accounts. Joshua Champion, as the service owner, can view account information and saved team trackers to administer and support the beta. Read the Privacy Notice for how information is handled.
6. Free beta and future pricing
The service is currently offered as a free beta. No payment method is required. Beta features, availability, and the length of the free period may change. We will tell you about a proposed paid plan before it takes effect. You will not be charged or enrolled in a paid subscription without your explicit agreement.
7. Records and availability
Champion Tracker helps you record participation; you remain responsible for coaching decisions, supervision, and checking your records. A beta can have errors, interruptions, or incomplete features. Keep exports or backups of information that matters to you. We do not promise uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, or a particular sporting outcome.
8. Ending use and requesting deletion
You may stop using the service at any time. You can export team records using the app’s backup or export controls. Contact support to request account deletion or help retrieving records if your account is unavailable. Requests may require identity verification. The Privacy Notice explains retention and deletion limits.
9. Legal limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided as available, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Changes to these terms
We will identify changes with a new version and ask you to accept materially updated terms before continuing connected use. We retain a record of the version you accepted and the time of acceptance. Changes do not retroactively change your earlier agreement.
