Information we handle

We handle your email address, first and last name when provided, account approval and role, invitation and sign-in information, and the team names, seasons, player labels, and game records you enter. Our authentication provider processes your password. The app owner dashboard does not display your password.

We record your account identifier, the terms version and wording accepted, and a server-generated acceptance time. Hosting, authentication, and email services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request logs, and delivery status to operate and protect the service. Password-recovery abuse controls use hashed identifiers.

Why we use information

We use this information to provide and recover accounts, deliver requested invitations and password-reset emails, save and synchronize trackers, support users, prevent misuse, and record agreements. Team data is used to operate and support your tracker. We do not sell your personal or team information or use it for targeted advertising.

Who can access information

Your account provides access to your own team workspace. Joshua Champion can view account details and saved team trackers through owner administration tools. Service providers involved in hosting, authentication, data storage, and email delivery process information to provide those services. Current providers include OpenAI Sites, Cloudflare, Supabase, and Resend.

We may disclose information where required by law or where necessary to investigate abuse, protect the service, or address a security incident. Anyone you give an exported file or personal access link to may be able to see its contents or access the associated account. Keep those materials private.

Children and team records

Champion Tracker accounts are intended for adults age 18 or older. Adults may enter limited player information when authorized to do so by their team and, where required, a parent or guardian. Use first names, nicknames, or jersey numbers where possible. Do not enter children’s contact details, birth dates, medical information, or other unnecessary sensitive data. Contact support if a child has created an account or information has been entered without permission.

Cookies and offline copies

We use essential login cookies and browser storage for sign-in, account changes, app settings, offline operation, and saved game recovery. A local copy of team records may remain on a device after logout so unsynchronized work is not lost. Use a trusted device. After saving and exporting any needed records, clear the site’s browser data before handing the device to someone else. Server-side account deletion does not erase downloaded exports or copies on your devices.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and team information while needed to provide the service, resolve support requests, and meet legitimate security or legal needs. Contact support to request a copy, correction, or deletion. We may verify your identity first. Some information can remain temporarily in backups or provider logs, or where retention is required by law. We will explain any applicable limits when handling your request.

Security

We use access controls and protected connections to reduce unauthorized access. No online service can guarantee complete security. Tell support promptly if you believe an account, invitation link, or team record has been exposed.

Updates

We will date material changes to this notice and make them available in the app. Updated terms acceptance will identify the accompanying notice version.
